Models, surgical guides and temporaries printed in 3D with laboratory precision
Zirkonzahn P4000 4K monochrome LCD printer. XY resolution 0.052 mm. Up to 21 models or 15 full arches in a single run.
Zirkonzahn P4000 — high-resolution LCD printing
The P4000 is Zirkonzahn's high-performance dental 3D printing solution. A closed, pre-calibrated system: no time spent adjusting parameters, no resin incompatibilities. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the Zirkonzahn.Modellier workflow we already use for CAD/CAM.
The heated print chamber and oxygen-permeable nFEP film ensure distortion-free dental objects in short timeframes. Open system compatible with Zirkonzahn water-based resins, available in multiple colours and indications.
What we can print for your clinic
3D printed models with transparent splints — fit and articulation check.
3D resin-printed framework for a complete removable prosthesis.
Study and working models
Zirkonzahn Resin Beige / ColourDigital models printed directly from intraoral scanner data. No physical impression, no plaster, no distortion. High dimensional accuracy for planning and prosthetic work.
Implant surgical guides
Biocompatible clinical resinDrilling guides for guided implant surgery. Designed on 3D planning and tomography to ensure exact implant position and angulation.
Temporaries and resin crowns
PMMA / laboratory resinLong-term temporaries printed in high-strength resin. Direct integration into the digital workflow: from scan to temporary with no manual intermediate steps.
From scan to printed object
File import
We receive the STL/DCM from your intraoral scanner or generate it from a physical impression. Compatible with all open formats.
Design and slicing
We design the object in Zirkonzahn.Modellier and process it in Zirkonzahn.Slicer, where orientation, supports and print parameters are optimised.
Printing and post-curing
The P4000 prints at 52-micron resolution. After printing, the object is cleaned in an ultrasonic bath and cured with the L300 lamp. Ready for clinical or prosthetic use.
What changes for your clinical practice
No plaster, no distortion
Digitally printed models eliminate the variability of plaster casting. Dimensionally more accurate, faster, and exactly reproducible if a copy is needed.
Full CAD/CAM integration
Same Zirkonzahn ecosystem: the design file moves directly from the milling software to the printing software. No conversions, no precision loss in the digital chain.
Real production capacity
Up to 21 models or 15 full arches in a single run. For high-volume clinics, this means shorter turnaround without sacrificing quality.
