If we miss the agreed date, the work has no cost. No excuses, no partial discounts.
Terms of application
The Zero Date Commitment applies to standard work: single crowns and bridges up to 3 units in ceramic or zirconia. Excluded are urgent cases, modifications requested by the clinic after order confirmation, and shipping incidents not attributable to BDL. Full conditions are provided when formalising the collaboration agreement.
